To guarantee our livestock is healthy on arrival, we fully quarantine or condition all livestock per customer request. The difference between QT and regular is the extra time used to run a full medication cycle, longer monitoring, and added preventions such as formalin baths and FW dips. There is 4 stages of our protocol: Introduction, Monitoring, Treatment, and Aquarium Life. Firstly, we introduce all of our livestock to stable and comfortable holding tanks after an extensive acclimation and health screening. Next, we observe the fish for a few days and see if any infections, parasites, or sickness are present on the fish. At this period, the fish will also undergo a freshwater dip or formalin bath depending on the species. Our treatment cycle normally includes copper medication, prazipro treatment, and/or CP treatment for an extensive period. Lastly, we make sure all fish are conditioned to aquarium life with multiple daily feedings of common commercially available prepared frozen foods or dry foods. All fish will be shipped out healthy and eating amazingly.

Additionally, we also connect with Marine Biologists for inspection & consultation as needed, further ensuring the health of your livestock.

Any livestock order placed will have arrangements made for delivery by email or text. We deliver most weekdays and even schedule for Saturdays. All orders are shipped with Next Day Early UPS or FedEx. We take pride in our superior shipping methods and health of our livestock, therefore all orders are completely covered in the rare case livestock is dead on arrival.
